Views of test-shots of the upcoming KV-2 on Trumpeter's website. At last some decent early KV road wheels in plastic.

Though after the disappointment of the Hotchkisses, I won't get my hopes up too high just yet......

Well, it looks good and it have the right fender supports.
To bad it looks like they put vinyl tracks in the kit...
Yes, I know aout their Hotchkisses disapointed some, but their L/61 was great so I keep my hopes up

Is anyone excited about Trumpeter's new 1/35 Russian KV-2

That's odd -- they seem to have put the turret hatch on incorrectly. (?) The kit and photos I've seen of the real vehicle, indicate that the turret hatch swung open to the starboard side, not aft.
