true I do not believe that a pillbox and a bunker have trenches that go all the way downhill I'm just saing
that the bunkers and pillboxes are based on actual ones in the real world except for the trenches of course

That being said the only game that i would even concider using is brothers in arms, and even though that was used on the History Channel, i would still never use it as a reference. Hey Josh r u done with it yet cause i would love to see some finished pics?

This one looks nice, but keep in mind that most Atlantic-Wall bunkers were standarized buildings, which means they were all built after the same plans, so a "free-style" bunker is not very close to reality.

I had rather thought the opposite was true, that each bunker was customized for the location, fields of fire and terrain it was built.

Below is a photo of a bunker that is just across the road from my house, here in Moortsele,Belgium.
This view is from the back, and there is two steps going down to the ground base and you have to duck otherwise you bump your head!!On top is a small hole covered with a cylinderical piece of metal, for ventilation.Hope this photo can help you or someone else out!!Cheers,Shay

Wow that dio image by Frenchy is amazing! Love the way the bunkers were done. I wonder if that was made using styrene as well.

They are made of synthetic stone
