I am in progress with my entry. Academy's old (relatively) M997 Maxi Ambulance with Eduard PE. Having done two Tamiya HMMWVs, I am not overly impressed, but I keep reminding myself that Academy was the standard in HMMWVs before Tamiya came with theirs. Mainly it is the chassis that bugs me, but I am not having other problems...yet.
The one good thing that I do like is the extremely soft plastic allows me to cut what I need to easily. I just need to be careful on cutting too much (already done this twice and I am two days into my build!).
Will post pics as soon as I am at a point to take them.

I haven't started mine yet either. Tamiyas Range Rover Ambulance. I'm hoping to start this weekend. I have been busy with my Tank Destroyers and Burn Baby Burn entries. I hope to wrap up all three by the 23rd of the month. Oh well back to work at my day job.

I have one nearly built, but it's nothing special. It's the RPM Samochod Ford T Ambulans (Ambulance) in 1:72 scale.
A very simple kit, but I wanted to do something relatively easy so I could fit it in around my very busy schedule. That way I won't be scrambling the week before trying to get it done.
I hope to be able to build my Dodge WC-54 as well, but who knows...

Just thought I'd bump this one back to the top and see how everyone was getting on. From what I've seen so far there are some superb models being entered. Thank you all for your efforts.

I've started on the high back ambulance, hope to make more progress once the humidity lifts here

I really dislike that aspect of summer, cuts into my building time...

Update: Started, but on hold. I am finishing my SH-60B for Air Over Sea (as it ends sooner) and getting ready to go back to college (end of modelling season for me

). Given this ends September 30th, I may not get it done in time

We'll see.

Hi all!
Although I didn't enlisted yet, I plan to build Signifer's 1/48 Grumman JRF "Goose" in French "EVASAN" Markings. "Evasan" is the short for EVAcuations SANitaires (Sanitary Evacuations). These missions took place after the fall of Dien Bien Phu and the end of the Indochina war in 1954. Below is the picture that get me inspired for these campaign.

As soon as I start the build I'll enlist... but I don't know if I will be able to make it until the dead line! September is usually a busy month for me!
