Having read Marcu Nichollis article in this months Tamiya magazine he describes finishing his model of the French Leclerc with Johnsons Klear. I know this has been discussed on this site previously. Is this a product from the Johnsons furniture polish company and is it, or a similar product available in supermarkets in the UK. Who would stock it.

I think most supermarkets stock it - it'll be with the household cleaners and polishes. My missus got me a bottle easily enough. It comes in a transparent plastic bottle about 10" high with a blue top.

Cookie, I'm not sure if it's from Johnson's Furniture Polish company, but it is great stuff to work with.

In the UK, it can be found at the following shops:

United Kingdom/Ireland – Sainsbury’s, Safeway, Tesco’s.

Yes, and no thinning needed. Use mist coats.
