This may be really out of line and purely a result of my politically-incorrect humor, but does anyone else here see the irony with this model being "disabled" while being displayed at "Disability Week"?

Sorry to hear about your bad luc Mr Roo...my 4yr old nephew almost had one of my dioramas recently - i just managed to whip the tank from his hands in time!

Hope it all turns out well in the end!

You are so right! Unfortunatly, I displayed some models in my LHS, behind glass and 'they' still managed to destroy it...
Sometimes I'm shocked also to see how models are treated in some museums... They just don't understand the hours of work, let alone the love for the model and detail....
