Well, can't seen to find the "official" group for this Campaign, so figured I'd start this thread for my "On 2 Wheels" piece.
I sure wish I owned one of these...... :-) :-)

It's 1/35 I assume? Those wire spoke wheels must have taken some building!
I've also started a thread for my O2W entry ( here), how do we go about getting a gallery set up for the campaign?

Due to computer problems of my own making, the review will be delayed a few days.........(see-biggest mistake of the year) but really is a nice kit..... and I do recommend it to anyone with a little experience with resin.
Thanks for the nice comments guys. OH those wire wheels were the greatest, and easiest designed wheels to assemble, and other manufactures should buy the kit to see how well they have been designed. A snap to put together.

Howdy Dave,
Since I'm well known around these parts for embracing the 'unusual', I must say, I just love your choice of subject matter! Can't wait to follow this one as you bring it to life......nice entry
Tread.
Oh.....I too would love to own such a 'ride'

Well, most of it's done, mostly sub-assemblies.
So far been a fun build, no major problems. The hardest part so far (aside from the extremely small parts) was installing the cables.

Hi Dave!
Your picture looked "milky". So I added more contrast
I'm looking forward to read some historical background about this three wheeler. I suppose it was designed for soldiers who didn't learned how to ride a bicycle in their youth! :-)
Interesting project! Maybe you answered that already, but do you plan to make a dio with it?

Well, a fast update on the bike.
Here's the cargo, scratch-built from epoxy putty, a little plastic sheet for the crates, and a few items from the parts box. Just remember the photo is about 4 times the size of the actual items..... LOL
Here's the bike, and the wall setting. Should have it done on time.

The kit goes for about $75.00, (I got it as a Christmas gift) and comes with the photo etched wheels, and levers, and small fittings. Tweezers, and magnifiers are surely needed.

Hey Dave great looking bike, you sure did the kit justice. It's going to look pretty sharp sitting on the base with all it's supplys. Looking forward to seeing it finished.
Speaking of supplys, last photo looks as if your in need of supplys yourself :-) :-) :-) :-)

Well, I certainly salute and envy the guys that make those big dioramas, with all those photo etched plants.
These are the first ones I ever did, and let me tell you, you sure need good eyes, and small tweezers, steady hands, and patience. But looking back, it was an enjoyable few days...... :-) :-)
I know there has to be a quicker, and easier way, or just more practice...... and stronger glasses.
Here's the bottles, I think they are old Verlinden resin ones. I primed, then painted a dull green, put a wash of red around for the liquid level, then thinned down Tamyia clear green, and dipped them, and let them dry in an upright position, The labels are small pieces of scrap white decal, written on with .005 pens.
