Figured I'd ask here so I can have a bit of one-stop shopping.
Any ideas what would be best option to serve as tow vehicle (prime mover) for the following artillery?
- 88mm Pak 43
- 88mm Flak 36
- leFH18M 10.5cm Howitzer
- M115 8" Howitzer
- M59 155mm Long Tom
Any input you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,

For the M115 the recommended vehicle would be the M123. As for the german stuff I will leave that to the experts on that.

The M115 was usually pulled by a M5 High Speed Tractor. The M123 was a 10-ton tractor unit used in Vietnam, not an artillery prime mover. You may be thinking of an M125, which was the 10-ton cargo truck version. I don't think it pulled the M115 though. M115 was not used in Vietnam.
The M59 was usually pulled by the Mack NO, 7-ton prime mover. It was also pulled by the M4 High Speed Tractor as well. The Mack NO was its designated vehicle though.
No idea on any of the German pieces either.

The Flak 36 was usually towed by the SDKFZ 7 halftrack but I have seen somewhere a pic of a captured 88 (flak 36?) being towed by a fully tracked US prime mover.

88mm Pak 43: SdKfz 7
88mm Flak 36: SdKfz 7
- leFH18M 10.5cm Howitzer: SdKfz 11 or less common, SdKfz 251/8
- M115 8" Howitzer: M4 HST, Mack NO truck, Scammell Prime mover
- M59 155mm Long Tom: same as 8" Howitzer
These were the "assigned" primemovers. Occasionally you see something else hauling them.
