I need to find a regular house in the burbs kit. Actualy I just need the roof for a current events dio. Does anyone sell modern houses?

Never seen one. It isn't hard to build a roof though. Build it just like the full-sized version. All you need to do is get some balsa wood and make trusses, sheeth it in sheet balsa, and use styrene squares as shingles. Take a look at a construction site to see how they look.

If scale isn't important, you might find a suitable one in the railroad sction of the hobby shop.

both posts above a great. My thoughts exactally.
Couple other ideas - you can use a heavy paper bag for shingles if you scratch build it.
You can also check a hobby shops Doll House section. I know Michaels and AC Moore both have doll house sections

I assume you mean a US house, Rich? I agree that you should build one yourself, and mabe use some google images of roofing structures for examples...

Buildings can be easy and new ones offer lots of research and curent material.

Just ask all the questions you need.
