After years of browsing through this site, I've finally decided to take the plunge, and join up. I'm a modeller that dabbles in pretty well all aspects of the hobby,... Armour, Aircraft, Ships, Cars, Sci-fi, ...I'll post up my completed models and welcome all comments, the good the bad and the ugly, as long as it's constructive.

I'm currently full into 48th scale armour, I find it a perfect balance between size and detail. I'm actively working on the Hetzer and the Stug IIIb and thanks to Garfield, starting the Firefly 1c conversion, to the tamiya offering, hopefully in Canadian markings, just need reference.

Thanks,

Frank

Welcome to the site. I enoy 1/48 scale as well. It is the reason why I volunteered to host the 48th scale forum. While I have all of the current Tamiya kits, I've only built one, just been too busy.

My T34 and the Tamiya Tiger are up on Track 48. Garfield has my photos of my completed Skybow late Tiger and my M4, they should be up soon, I tend to complete 3 to 4 kits a month, most of which, for the forseeable future should be 48th armour.

Welcome Frank , it's always nice to see new models. Love to hear some of your tips and techniques as well as seeing some of your kits. The 1/48th kits, I've seen the but never picked one up. I heard good things about them, maybe someday I just may. Again welcome to Armorama and now that your a member your visits will be more enjoyable.
