Very tough!!!!
I want to say re-tooled T-62's, -72's, -80's, BMP's, BTR's, MTLB's, etc. But honestly, I think that Trumpeter is going to hit that market....and should.
I am content with the early war stuff right now...the possibilities with the Mark II chassis and 38(t) chassis are huge right now.

An USMC LVPT7 / AAV7A1 3-in-1 kit. The original, the command variant and the RAM/RS upgrade. Might be a stretch, but it could easily be done. Vehicle has a great combat history and has been used in every major US conflict in the last 25 years. Timely and historical.
Also, a nice M60 series would be great. Correct tooling, set up, ect. Another great opportunity for a 3-n-1, M60A1, M60A3 and the M60A3 TTS.
Some more 1/35th scale helicopters would also be a nice addition. A CH-46 and a CH-53E would be AWESOME.
More Modern US figures, ie medics, drivers, a nice modern field mechanic set (there are at least 50 WW2 tank mechanic sets, why not one modern?), Marine or Army troops to put in the back of a Humvee or LAV or Bradley or even a 5 ton.
My 2 cents.

Dragon has already knocked two off my wishlist with their latest announcements, so I'm happy. Like you guys, put me down for some allied stuff though.
