Has any one got any news or info on the supposed release of their 1/16 panthers?

We're still waiting for the 1/35th scale stuff to hit the shops - the 1/16th scale releases are now looking like pure fantasy..Jim

I too was waiting for their 1/35 French armor but gave up and went with Trumpeter.
Was optimistic, but now it's "show me the kit on the shelf!" :-) :-)
cheers!

I agree...I contacted them awhile back in an "official" capacity, and they were very stand-offish. I personally think they've over-extended with the 1/35 French releases and I don't see a major effort like a 1/16 Panther coming anytime soon.

However, the results of the FSM Most-Wanted kit survey included a 1/16 armor category, and the Panther series was second to the M1A1/2 request, and the category itself drew more votes than the 1/72 and 1/48 armor categories did.

That's a good sign in my opinion.

Guys...

You ~do~ know the guys over at www.RCPanzer-Shop.de have an R/C Panther in production-release now, right? Or did you mean a ~static~ Panther kit?

I also see they have a JagdPanther out now as well... may as well make use of an already produced chassis, right?

I'm sure they'd be willing to drop the R/C elements out and cut the price if you asked...
