That's a former member here trying to lure you to his site. He doesn't like us anymore.

His site is actually "www.armor.se", but I tried the "armorama.se" and it re-directs you to the original site.
I dont know what the legalaties of this are ... maybe something Jim should take a look at. I also got an offer, but it was to join "armor.se".

The term Armorama is under copyright and trademark protection. I will be in search of legal representation to protect this trademark (don't have much choice on that). Of course if I win Dick will have to cover all my legal costs anyways.

ICANN domain agreements specifically states:

Quoted Text

By applying to register a domain name, or by asking us to maintain or renew a domain name registration, you hereby represent and warrant to us that (a) the statements that you made in your Registration Agreement are complete and accurate; (b) to your knowledge, the registration of the domain name will not infringe upon or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; (c) you are not registering the domain name for an unlawful purpose; and (d) you will not knowingly use the domain name in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. It is your responsibility to determine whether your domain name registration infringes or violates someone else's rights.

Thanks,
Jim

I got the same mail early October and went and had a look at the site. Registered too, but haven't gone back since the first visit. Nothing much actually. Only had a look at the fig forum and the stuff was pretty crappy. Didn't say Armorama anywhere in the mail or site, though.
