Roel, You have some good looking water there. I think its going ot be great when you get all the other elements added to the base. I look forward to seeing it. I think the open ends are going to look terrific as well. What did you use to create the dam? cheers Kevin

Hey
@ Hilbert: The resin costs 16,55euro for 300ml. Bought it by Schleiper in Hasselt Belgium.
@ Kevin: For the dam I used a piece of plastic. And taped it to the base very well. The river is still drying and I will remove the dam next week. I really hope it does not stick togehter my dam and the river. I think I will go crazy then.....

Hello
The asperagus is dipped in a mix of glycerine and water. Then painted and sprayed with hair spray so that should hold for ever
some figs are already on my website at the projects page. Click on the ardennes dio link.

The water looks great! much better then in the beginning. It's going together well. I looked at your site and the figures look perfect. Your a really good painter.
I was wondering what's that little blue tool that you use to trim down the branches to the right size? Thanks

Hey
@ Thanks for the comment on my figs Mike. I am honored.
The little blue tool is a plane used to cut the wood. Works simple with a razorblade to slice little pieces of the treebranche. I hope you understand what I mean.
Feel free to ask
Greetings Roel
