Hi Guys and Gals,
I finished this Tamiya Steyr 1500A a few months ago and would like to share with you. This Steyr is almost OOTB.
Here are some pics:

Steve--very nice. Can you explain your vehicle painting and shading techniques? The figures look great. Like the way the equipment adds to the scene. This model begs to be put in a diorama.

Steve,
A very nice ride for Herr, General!.
The model looks great. The weathering effect on the windshield looks great. I especially like the figures. The uniform details all seem to be in place.
The model seems to have a complete, overall feeling to it.
Keep up the awesome work.

This comment says it all. The vehicle and figures are excellent. And as a whole they all look and suit so well together. The officer in the back has a delightful expression and the detail on hs uniform is very clear. Excellent photos as well, just what this model deserved.

Hi Guys,
I really appreciated all your precious comments.
210Cav: First of all I primed the Steyr with Tamiya gray primer . Then, I sprayed Gunze Desert yellow as the base coat and followed by the cammo pattern with an AB. I sprayed several layers of dull coat after the decals were set. FInally, I washed the whole vehicle with Burnt Umber.

How did you do the windshield, Steve? I like how you clearly show the wiped areas, but have some dust left over in those areas. I know our winshield wipers never work perfectly.

Nic,
I used a compass and masking tape to make a pattern for the windshield. Then sprayed a desert yellow on it. I think I will use Gunze or any dull coat next time instead of desert yellow.

VERY NICE figures - I like them better than the car!! The car is wonderful.
One thing I see - no straps on the gas cans. I don't if there is a locking mechanism on the brackets. If there is ignore this comment.

Slodder,
You are right, there is no straps on the gas cans. I just built it OOTB, no PE parts were added to it.
