I was searching through rec.models.scale (old modeling newsgroup) and found the first post mentioning Armorama. This was almost four years ago made by none other than Jim Starkweather himself.

is there any way to see the first or early armorama? perhaps something like a 5th anniversary souviener (sp) issue. being me i clicked on the link in that post, expecting to see ARMORAMA-the early years!
