Zimmerit Scares me #2- Decals?

OK the zimmerit application is complete and i primered all putty surfaces, How do you deal with decals on the turret?

You can trim the film close to the numbering and use lots and lots of detting solution.
Or do like the Germans -- paint it, with brush or stencils.

Archer makes dry transfers that are "Zim ready" if you want to give those a try. Or you could paint them on. Cut and wet decals that come with the kit dont like sticking to Zim.

I use Humbrol liquide glue to "set" my decals, its allso works on zimmerit surface.
Simply apply the decals as usual, fix them as good as possible, and then gently stroke them with an allmost dry brush with liquide plastic glue - carefull - too much glue will dissolve the decals.
It works.
