Well lets see,
I have recently just gotten back into modeling after about a 10yr hiatus.......
My Favs right now would have to be....in no particular order...
1) Any of the M1 Abrams MBTs....I have a Trumpeter one with the mine roller coming....can't wait!!!!!
2) Either of the Tamiya Challanger MBTs, I have both the Challanger I Mk.1 and the Mk.3
3) The Merkava series....I have only seen the Merkava I from Tamiya
4) Anything built off of the M113 Chassis
5) damn only 5? Well I like the Dragon kits of the Soviet Armoured cars...like the BTRs and the BRDMs.....and actually I have a kit of an old BRDM 1 with full interior....some kit manufacturer from the Ukraine.....but the plastic is between Tamiya and Dragon quality!!!!
Just my 2 cents!!
Scott.
Your only as good as the your last completed kit!!!

Hanomag (gotta get a German half-track in there somewhere!)
Alvis Stalwart (gotta have something amphibious too!)
T72 (those things are built like errrm... tanks! LOL)

My favorites:
1) Panther
2) Tiger II
3) M1A1
4) Strv 122
5) Merkava Mk. 3 "Baz"
If you made me pick one area to model for the rest of my life I would pick German WWII, but I've been on a modern kick for about the last year. I think the last 2 are just really cool looking. Stuke mentioned "space age" you could almost picture the turret on either of those 2 separating from the hull and flying over the battlefield.
