Gino P. Quintiliani (HeavyArty) brings us a closer look at his M60A2 w/CBSS. It''s actually an Esci M60A3 hull mated to Tamiya''s M60A2 turret. With scratch built barrel and other parts on the turret. Thanks Gino!

Nice model of this wonderfully ugly tank. Reminds me why I like 70s AFVs. I couldn't find decent pictures of the CBSS bustle when I built mine, so it ended up as the M60A1E1 prototype.

Hi Gino

It is nice , i have of this kits in tamiya 35th. i have read articles of this tanks

The modification needed for the rear part of the tank, the rear container i think at the towing hook. I have seen it is done that and is it with the M60A3 hull of itareli ?

as i know there is a resin block for this for sale but it may off the market now.

nice tank love the color too

Nice work Gino! Tight soft edge camo schemes are hard to pull off,... you've done yours flawlessly!

Thanks all. The hull is from the ex-Esci, now Revell M60A3. The CBSS bulge was traded for with another modeler who casts them himself. I added quite a bit to the turret to get it looking as good as the hull. I had to texture the whole turret too. More can be seen here, including some in-progress shots.

Thanks for posting them, Vinnie.
