What is a good aluminum barrel for the Dragon Jsu 122? I want to avoid resin and white metal muzzle breaks but if I have to I'll slap on whatever. Thanks!

Model Point make very nice barrels but at a high cost.

Barrel Depot also makes a good a barrel, although a bit rougher.

I also think Jordio Rubio has a berrel.

As for the muzzle break question, if you need one, most likely to be in white metal or resin...sorry, machining one would be horrific in work and cost...

The Jordi Rubio barrel comes with a cast white metal muzzle brake which is okay, but nothing wonderful.

I think I'll go with a Rubio. Has anyone had experience with one for the Jsu-122?

kick into the Hobby easy link. Then go hit the AFV tab then go to the barrel tab. It is lengthy, but scan through their collection. They feature several different brands. It's mixed up but you might see one you like . The prices are't to bad either. Shipping one barrel airmail is about a quarter too big saving off the one price fits all that the stateside companies use for shipping rates. Of course it does take a couple of weeks to get your stuff.

I've added the JR barrel to a couple of IS-2s and it looks okay, the white metal muzzle brake and long barrel means it adds a bit of stress to the mounting. Haven't got around to building the ISU-122S so I don't know how it fits the mantlet.

Haven't checked it for accuracy, but it does look the part.
