In Humbrol colours IPMS Stockholm suggest using H155, a bit of Googling on RAL 6014 found a suggestion of 50% H163 and 50% H116.
It's a difficult colour to portray as it goes brown when it weathers but photographs grey. It has been discussed here before, have a search and see if anything else turns up.
Hope this helps.

Vallejo has a Yellow Olive ( 890 if I am not mistaken ) which will do well for very freshly painted subjects.
There used to be a Humbrol Authentic RAL 6014, but that one is long out of production ( stopped early 90's if I recall correctly)
http://www.tonvisser.nl/images/leger-foto-groot-0.png is what they mean with the brown hue
IPMS Stockholm recommends humbrol 155 only, but believe me, that one is too light.
