That's nice ! Is it OOTB ?
Simply, the white chevrons on the side of the turret are not very straight.

very nice !

Very nice work. I like the detail on the MG's. Front mudguards are nice. I like the weathered look on the marking.

Good looking model, pal!
I specially like the details on the front mudguard, and the turret ID panels, interesting, what did you use to make them?
Cheers

Thanks for comments guys.
I think this is the best model i made so far and i am satisfied.
some deatils:
Italeri M 60 Blazer, The bearrel is tamiya mated to the kit dust shild.
I used Eduard P.E. Picture hanging wire for the tow cables, and some scratchbuilding for the 0.3 scissor mount and the 0.5 mount. The I.D panels are made from a disposable plastik table map,i just liked the texture.
Paint: Base color Tamiya Black, followed by thin layres of testors israeli sand/gray.
local washes with a mix of brown black, the majority of the wethring was done using pastel chalkes mixed with alcohol. seald with rusatll's Dead flat.

Simply, the white chevrons on the side of the turret are not very straight.

The chevrons were normally hand painted on the actual vehicles and straightness would depend on the crewman's abilities.

Actually Rob it depends. Uniits permenently stationed in one of the three commands(northern central and southern) would have nice base applied chevrons and somtimes markings. these units are mostly the regulars or troops in doing their three years. Reservists rotating through are likely to share vehicles.sort of like hot bunking. reserve units equipment is usually kept stored and maintained separately. units who are normallly used in the south but are sent north would use northern equipment instead of shipping theirown. these vehicles would have the hand painted chevrons and markings. As while somwhat uniform, numbring might be slightly different .

also repolaced vehicles due to maintnance problems or enemy action would have hand painted markings.

Great man, very realistic overall.

Just one comment, the dry-brush on spare tracks may be a bit too heavy. :-)

Actually Rob it depends.

I just assumed he was going for the "hand painted by crew" look since he did such a nice job on the tank and figured if he wanted them straight & uniform, he would have used decals, stencils or masked the chevron with tape and then hand painted it.

It is a mean looking M60. I did notice that the tracks seem to "float" off of the sprocket at the top of the run. You must have snagged some vinyl tracks for the kit. You should have tried the link & length tracks that came with the kit.
