Best one is Dragon, then the AFV Club, last, but not least, Tamiya (not bad for a 30 yr old kit),

If you want a North African scenario, your best bets are (just like Sabot suggested) the DML 8.8cm Flak 36 or the AFV Club 8.8cm Flak 18.
If you're adventurous, the all resin Cromwell Models 8.8cm Flak 41 was fielded in limited nos. in '43 before the final collapse of Panzerarmee Afrika. (I've got one ongoing: you can see pics here:

The DML Flak 37 is an unlikely candidate.
And, as Sabot said, the Tamiya Flak 36/37 can be had for a steal now that the new DML kits have come out. It's an excellent, well engineered kit. Not as fancy or detailed as the DML or AFV Club kits but an easier build.
