I know this may sound stupid, but I have never done a campaign.
How and where do I sign up?
How and where do I post my photos?
How and where do I find where to post on the campaign forum?

Thanks

Click on the CAMPAIGNS link in upper area of the web page. It is between HOMEPAGE and COMMUNITY. You will see the list of various campaigns along with the rules, start and end dates. Click on whichever campaign you desire and you will see an "enlist" button. Click on that to join.

Photographs of your in-progress work is uploaded (by you) into your personal gallery. Every member of Armorama gets a personal gallery that is accessible from the "my photos" link at the bottom of your post.

Completed photographs are uploaded to a campaign gallery created by a staff member specifically for the group build. This makes it easier for the campaign leader to track who completed the group build and will be awarded the coveted campaign ribbon.

Jeremy,
I have some bad news buddy. I don't think I am gonna make the deadline on this one. I still have to finish the tracks and the TOW launcher on my Bradley. Not to mention seal it and start weathering it. I will try my hardest to post some pictures of what I have completed and let you be the judge. Family, moving and getting ready for Annual Tarinig has bogged me down.

Sorry again buddy.

Pete, Just sent you a PM regarding this. Let me know if you have any other issues.

Well, with two weeks left I think I'll make it. I was almost finished with my M1A1 and ran into some pretty bad effects after painting. Instead of stripping I decided to start over with another kit. I'm back to the painting stage now and with next week being a vacation week, I hope to finish. Wish me luck!

I finally enlisted for the campaign and with some hard work even managed to put the main color on my tank. Here's my progress page:

Emroglan's T-80

Well Jazza, I can say you have a last minute reinforcement, eh?

I will hopefully complete the rest of it by the campaign end, but an extension about a week would even be greater...

Reinforcements are always welcome with open arms.

Great work so far! Dont forget to move the photos into the campaign gallery as thats going to be used for the final tally of survivors for this campaign.

If you are running out of time, send me a PM. Im sure i can work something out for you.

I'm not AWOL, just hiding under the radar.....:-)

Anyway, I managed to get some dull coat on the JGSDF Type 87 last night, just need to add some detail parts, and finish weathering. Thanks to an extension in the Sci-Fi build deadline I'll be able to concentrate on this one right up to the bitter end, may even get crew figures done for it.

I’ve gotten the hull of my bradley weathered and the tracks on. All I still have to do is weather the tracks and wheels, decal and wether the skirts and scratch some stowage.

Probably still going to be close but I truly think I can get it done in time.

Still knocking about Jazza, still not AWOL.

Warrior almost done. Just adding knick-knacks and trivia.

I picked it up to put it away on Monday night and DROPPED it!!!!!

Major desperate repair work in progress.

To speak for myself, I'm nearly done with my T-80 and plan to get everything done this weekend. However if there's a general extension I might add a figure or I have even a crazier idea, start a BMP-2 by Dragon

Jazza I think you should make a list of participants missing, we shouldn't leave anyone behind the enemy lines.

Bugger! I was somehow re-enacting it in my head while reading this. Good luck with the repair work though.

OK i did mention this to the others who needed an extension so i might as well post it here. Take the time you need to finish the kit. Campaigns are started mainly to encourage people to build kits so i personally find it pointless to penalise people just because they are running a little late on the submission. Build the kit as best you can.

I would ask if you could PM me if you are needing the extension however as im making a list so that i can seperate you from the casualties.

I would like to close off this campaign within a month of the deadline however so please do try not to delay it too long.

I agree. Leave no one behind. Will erect a wall of names to remember the sacrifices made in this campaign.

At the finishing line!!!

While the matt cote on my tanks is drying, I'm celebrating my shortest lasting build ever...

I will post my pictures tomorrow, when the matt cote has dried out completely. Gentlemen, my work here is done.

Just a reminder, I'm still insisting on some extension as I was the one who came up with it and I don't like selling out. (Plus might still add up figures on my tank, who knows?)
