Arrrrrrrgh. . . I just hate it when that happens. I had just almost completely
finished this thread and hit my delete button by mistake. Lost everything.

Spanky is my friend and a member of the Big A w/ callsign Bubba53. I
can't seem to get him to become a regular. He and several of my other
friends find this site difficult to negotiate. And when I first came here I did
too but have kinda forgotten that. He's a PC user and tried to figure out
how to post pix but to no avail. So he just sent me pix today and I am
posting Spanky's pix hoping that he will try again and become a regular.
Bubba53 would be a very good addition to Armorama. He is a super
modeler, has a digital camera, takes good pix, and MOST important, like
Honeycut and Dave O'Meara has a great sense of humor. This is the
1:35th Criel resin WWI Italian 210/8mm motar. Spanky has not painted
the motar yet but he's included pix of the WIP base that goes with it. I
think his plan is to bring it to the IPMS/USA National conv. in Kansas City.
He will be staying w/ me as my guest.

Thanks Derek,I appreciate it.I have built a good number of Criel kits. They are my favorite model company. They do some really cool subjects and the kits are very easy to build. If only I had some research on this 210/8 mm mortar but there is none to be found. Not many refs on Italian WWI subjects.

That's a cranking kit! I got it awhile back but knew I wouldn't get around to it so I traded it off. I think there was some use even after WW2 started.
