Kinda discouraged after seeing the high quality of yours. So how is this meant to motivate us again?

Will have to take better photos of the ones i got and send it in but will certainly participate on this one.

Vinnie:

You have a beautiful collection there. Your level of finishing and painting is very nice, and consistent. Each one of the pieces says "Vinnie Branigan". One issue I have, (and I don't know if it's good or not) is that I find I don't ever get the same finish from one model to the next. You really seem to have a formula, and it works.

My question to you is this: after attaining the level you have, what are the things that you still wish to improve on, or do differently? Is there a technique that you are still trying to master, or are you happy with the results you are currently getting, and plan no major changes?

Thanks for sharing this array of German armor. It definitely inspires me to get moving on my Dragon 251 3 in 1.

Damn. NOW I'm depressed. I'm gonna have to resort to trick photography to get to this standard Beautiful collection Vinnie. Compliments on the figure work - just as good as the models. Can't wait to see the next one.

A great introduction to this new feature Vinnie, I can only wonder how you seem to fit in 1 model per month with what you do in the real world of employment, wife, family, bills etc.

A great selection of which you are like a factory when looking at all of the 251 series that you have modelled in such a great way and the fact that it is possible to see the skills progression throughout the series.

Super, now if only I had kept a photographic record of all of my builds.

Hope to see more of the brethren submitting their personal record soon as this is a great idea.

Now all I have to do is remember to get the camera out each time.

Ya think that Vinnie loves Hanomags? You have a magnificent collection there. I've got 3 (including the original Tamiya version from the 70"S)

These are awesome Vinnie. I particularly love the schwimmwagon - are they the Tamiya figures? I have never used any of their figurines, but if these are them, im definitely getting me some.

If anybody ever need proof that you are a prolific builder, its all here on one page! 40 models in 3 years ... thats even more than 1 every month.
Very impressive collection of armor Vinnie. And all are of a very high standard to boot!
Can you add newer models to this display later or do you need to build another 20+ to get a new display? :-)

thats goin to be a hard act to follow there vinnie, absolutly beautiful collection i have to ask is there any builds you have that didnt make the cut in your eyes and you left out, reason i ask is i have some builds i really like and others which were ok but not brilliant.

Great collection of kits there. Only observation I would make is on the small dio with the American truck. All the rubble seems to be inside the house? Would have thought there would be more scatter around the outside. As the bonet's open, a GI with a spanner, scratching his head might fit in well?

Thanks for sharing, I'm particularly fond of some of those kits and might get around to a few some day.

Alan, the rubble is inside the house to indicate that there has been some clearing been done, as with the surviving door being leant against the structure. A GI with a spanner, scratching his head leaning over the engine? Far too cliched. Thanks for the comments guys.

Yep, that's the impression that I get...
Jolly good show old bean! Your dioramas show a simple layout can be effective, and they are beautifully painted and weathered...
The halftracks lose me as they all look the same and I couldn't tell one variant from another (Are they all different?) but that's par for the course if you model in a more Olive Drab shade... The real big one (Think it's a Royal tiger?) on the muddy road is well done, the wrecked fence is a good one! The road looks a little too plain in tone, but may be the pic angle? Good lead-off for the rest of us...
