Hi all
Whats the major visual differences between Tamiya's Chally2 and this picture from primeportal? (was found in Up-Armoured Walk-Around)
Can you take a Tamiya kit and build it out of the box and paint in black and green?
What would one have to do in order to use the Tamiya kit to build the tank in the above image?
Thanks
John

I would say by the looks of it, it would be one and the same tank...only difference is the color.

That photo is of a one off trial,
Vehicles are only fitted with the up-armouring kits on operations.
On exercises they are fitted with standard bazooka plates.
A good site for pictures can be found here.

Interesting that the Challenger in the picture has the original GPMG mount on the loader's hatch.

Might be hard finding an ATDU crest for the sight cover.

Thanks for all the responses.
Anybody have a scanned/pdf version of any challenger painting instructions for the green/black camo pattern?
Or does anybody know where I could find that online?
Thx
