hey gents. I am currently waiting for my verlinden to the mother beutifull sherman! But i would like to make HQ Sherman Tank, from the 11th armoured division, which is my favorite, i do not claim, that i am a expert in the the 11th armoured division or the mother beutifull sherman! since i can only afford to build models, and not buy the books i want ,
My question is, How would HQ tank turret interior look like?

Daniel
The only interior drawing I've seen in a book was in the old Osprey Vanguard on British Shermans, and it looked to me like it was copied from the official stowage diagrams. Someone out there might be able to help with scans or photocopies, but my copy is out of reach.
David
EDIT - ~I was confusing it with the command tank version, which had the main gun removed to fit map boards and stuff inside. An HQ tank may be the same inside as a standard gun tank, but with extra radios in the hull and an antenna on the base next to the co-drivers hatch.

This tank seems to be from Brigade HQ, 29th Armd Brigade, 11th Armoured Division (think that's what the 50 on a black square means).
Looks like it could be a Sherman V though, with DV slots. The 75mm muzzle is plugged so it may be a dummy and the extra aerial is mounted on the glacis on the co-driver's side.
