Here is a pic of my latest WIP. I have had to stop work on my Leopard 2A6 for the time being, but I am ok with that. Don't worry, she will become a member of the the ladies forum as soon as possible.
BTW she was my birthday present, born 7/15, just like me, only 34 years apart and much prettier.

Thanks all! I am on my way back to the hospital now. I can't wait until she is home. I have never been happier, and I am glad her and mom are doing well.
Yes Ian, she is definately taking the looks from my wife which is a very good thing
Jim, she is my first (unless you count my dog who we treat like a kid anyway). I think the best why I can describe this is instant love.
I am lucky enough to get the next 6 weeks off, so plenty of bonding time and maybe a bit of time to work on some plactic. I can't to teach her about glue, Shermans, Tigers, leopards, Hellcats and Abrams!
I will be more of a dad and give a link to her website

Thanks again to everyone for their warm wishes,
Sean

Hi Sean
A real Big Congrats. She is beautiful. As a father of two girls myself I will tell you that life as you know it has forever changed. Take the time to enjoy being with her at every stage, because trust me they grow up very very fast. I'm glad to hear that everyone is doing well, and again congrats.

My first 3 were girls followed by two boys. Oldest is 16 1/2 and I have no idea where the time went.
Glad to hear the family is well.

That's a heckuva project you've got there!
Congratulations man! Aint babies the coolest? They only get cooler as time goes by. I've got a 2yo and a 4 yo, both boys, and they (along with their Mother) mean more to me than anything. Funny how they do that to you, isnt it?

Congrats to you and your good lady, they do mature eventually, the glue joint breaks and they leave the workbench, mine did and now has his own work in progress
Hope you manage some sleep at nights.

Thanks again everyone! We got home Tuesday night and things are setteling in quite nicely. I think I may even get the time to do a little model work at some point in the next week or two? But this is definately a great experience that you honestly can't believe until you have gone through it.
