halftrack troop carrier manufactured by tamiya..one of my early models. it's almost straight from the box..except for additional MGs..
recently i've just applied weathering on the kit. added some academy's MGs and scratchbuilt some tarps. i used the figures on my LCM..it goes well with it. comments and tips are welcome..thanks for viewing.

I like it! That one pack on the right fender is kinda strange looking not bending around the fender.

Looking good! Alan's right about the pack on the fender though, it looks strange sitting up there with no support.
It would be worth having more stowage for in the bins above the tracks as well - the spare road wheels look to be completely unsecured and would probably be dislodged at the first reasonable pothole.
Cheers! Jeff W.

I like it. The only thing you might want to do is add a bit of wire fromthe antenna base to the radio.
Jeff, IIRC, what you are calling spare road wheels are listed as mines in the instruction sheet.

:-) :-) :-) Crikey! They looked like spare wheels to me. Still, even more reason to stop them banging together and jumping around, even if they're unfused! :-)

I beleive this pack has pioneer tools strapped inside so it would indeed but rigid as shown.

The mines are safer for the crew when stored outside. They are also not armed and not likely to explode without the fuse inserted.

How did you get such a flat track across the top?
Are the MG barrels drilled out?

Hi there
This is certainly one of my favorite vehicles.
You've done a very good job on a old kit. Only nitpick is the jerrycans. I have replaced mine with Italeri jerrycans, with foil as straps and 'container'. Looks quite good and are easy to make.
Nonetheless, it is still a good build. Good work.
Cheers

I like it! Crisp paintwork and all the packs look great. Very nice subtle weathering too
