Picked up Trumpeters AS-90 today (still waiting for my S-tanks) moulding looks crisp and sharp. 5 sprues plus hull, string, sheet of mesh and one piece vinyl tracks. Total of 309 parts and decals for British vehicle in Bosnia. Tracks are detailed on both sides and don't appear to be glueable just pin melt connections, 2 barrel options, a 39 caliber and longer 52 caliber length. Looks like it will make a nice addition to the collection when ever I get around to building it.

I paid $33 Can Picked it up at Blue Mountain Hobbies. Only one in at the time I just happened to luck out when I went to see if the S- tanks had come in yet. Yes he has a site but I'll have to find it, it's under the Vancouver IPMS site as a local member if you want to look it up yourself . Brian said he was getting another shipment in from the distributer in a week but said it was a hit and miss as to what he gets from them. If it's here on the west coast it should be out other ares as well as it seems we get our stuff after everybody else. Looks like it will build up nice.

I am hesitant to buy any of Trumpeters kits. If their quality isn't in line with Tamiya or Tri-Star, I don't know that I want to mess with it. I really like the AS-90 though and think one would make a great addition to my collection.

Someone please do a review and post pictures please.

There is a review of it out on the internet.....just go here to this site: http://www.jbwholesalers.com.au/

They are a distributor in Austrailia and have reviews of all the Trumpeter stuff that has come out in the last couple of months.

Guys,
We just got them in at my shop. Retail is $24.95. Mine is in my to buy stash, but I did take a look at it, and it looks great. At least now you dont have to get the Acurate Armor one which is alot more.

Yes, $33 plus change Can.$ it seems all the new Trumpeters are selling in this range (low $30) here right now. $24 US is about right I believe. Their IS-3 is the same and I picked up the S-tank B for the same.
