I've seen many many fine examples of armor modeling pass through this site, but in my humble opinion, I've felt Steve's paint job on this M26 is the best I've ever seen. Just outstanding work!

Excellent job on the Pershing. It rekindles my fire to complete mine. I only hope it looks half as good as yours.

a quick question Steve, Did you do the work on the turret to get the rolled metal look, or did it come OOB like that? If you did, what method did you use?

Looks great either way

Guys,

Thanks for all your comments about my Pershing.

Selrach: I didn't do anything on the turret, it comes right out of the box.

Really fine paint and weathering jobs done on this model! Gives a very realistic look to it! Cool model!

Steve, It looks really great. What type paint and specific colors did you use on this? Any hints or guidance on your airbrushing technique? GR8Voyager
