OK, on the Forum page it shows a post to the A-Guard Forum by redneck, Subject: GB A6M Zero fighter.

I go into the A-Guard Forum & it isn't there.

I go back out to main Forum menu & click directly on the message link & end up on Aeroscale General Forum where the message is.

How does that happen ? Not that I want to do it, but it seems that if someone posts a new message into A-Guard then rednecks message will be "lost" to view & we A-Guard folks won't know it exists ...

I think that usually happens when someone actually moves the post to the other forum. I have seen it happen quite a bit where the original post title still remains.

One mistake i made once when the forum displayed this symptom is to ensure that you Unhide User. Try that.

I found the thread in question.

The wonderful editor I contacted has restored it to the A-Guard Forum....

Thank you!

Yea it had been moved to the airplane forums by a staff member.

I should have said something when it was moved but was in the middle of things and wasn’t really paying much attention.
Thanks for looking into it Grumpy.

I think we must be becoming an aeroplane and armour site by stealth! :-) :-) :-)

Actually Vinnie, it's in the A Guard, as it's being built for the A Guard Group build, which cover all types of models, as long as they conform to the set guidelines for the build established at the beginning of the build.

Yeah I know Dave................ but it doesn't show up Aeroscale? And if Aeroplanes and ships etc., can be put inot it, then really it should show up on the various satellite sites.

Unfortunately the A-Guard Forum seems to only show up for me when I'm on Armorama. I haven't even noitced it under "Latest Newwork Posts" but I'm usually on MG when using that.
I assume and hope the other members of the A-Guard realize this.

As the A-Guard in it's old form has ended, as we aren't taking new memberships, it's not a matter of attracting new members, just the old guys trying to get a last fun group build in.

I'm hopeing maybe that Jim, will come up with something for us old A-Guard members, so we can continue to have our old private forum, maybe an "Old Guard".

It is a current issue in that there are birdmen, webfeet, & etc that are in A-Guard, but that forum does not show up on the respective sites Forum pages. Until such time as the son of A-Guard arises, we need to accomodate the "Old Guard" (good one Dave) otherwise we continue to fracture the old community ...
