No Steve, I wasn't bashing them at all. I was simply thinking out loud.. I've been a staunch defender of Trumpeter for a while now (look at my KV reviews and you'll see what I mean). These are subjects which are going to need a 'light' touch as far as fine detail is concerned and yes, they're going to be compared (inevitably) to the DML H/Ts...

What is impressive is their decision to announce so many variants at once. Choice is great, however I would have been personally happier if they'd continued with the KVs and announced the later models such as the -85 or continue the Soviet 'theme' with the BT or T-26 series.

As I said previously, the M16 and KT in large scale is a VERY interesting decision and could well be a new era for large scale modellers..

Also, if I had such a downer on Trumpeter, would I really have posted a link to details of their incredible Aviation announcements over on Aeroscale?

Knocking Trumpeter? No, however, I'll knock anyone who brings out reboxes of 30 year old kits and even ignores their (Flagship) 1/48th scale line...

Hmm, if the Flagship 1/48 scale line is the same one I have started building one of Yesterday, that company in question either has a grudge against modellers, or is just going through th motions... Flagship, I thinks not...

Cheers
