This is the Panther Ausf.G from Dragon, the first ''Smart Kit'' series kit. The Panzer Riders are theirs too, with Hornet replacement heads.

Excellent work! Achh, I was going to stay away from Axis stuff for awhile but this kit looks great.

Very, very nice. The figures, especially the tank commander, are top notch. The paint and weathering on the tank is perfect. Is there a possibility of putting this in a diorama? If so, can't wait to see it. Thanks for sharing.

Is the Dunkelgelb the one from Life colour? as it looks more pale than most.
The figs are first class,what set are they from? as I might invest in some .
I got my Panther G smart kit yesterday and I cant wait to get "stuck"
into it.

Nice one Vinnie. Unusual base colour, but doesn´t detract anything from the work on display. Great weathering, and your figures are excellent. You´ve been knocking out some great armour, but these figures are amazing. I like the mix of head gear on show ... adds so much life considering the similar unifroms. Are the tracks, kit tracks or AM?

Your Panther is beautiful (as always). It just goes to show that a model can look great even without an elaborate camouflage scheme.
I will be starting my Panther G after Christmas. I was planning to try to reproduce the boxart picture, but am now reconsidering after seeing yours.

Thanks guys! John, I will be putting this one on a base, it's almost finished, but I thought I'd just show the vehicle and figures for the On Display.
Andy, it is the one from the Lifecolor German Vehcile set, yep. The figures are the Dragon Panzer Riders (Lorraine 1944) set, but I can't remember where the officers or the Commander came from, although I do know they were Dragon.
Frank, the tracks are the ones that come with the kit.

Those figures look fantastic, esp those two standing officers.
That Dunkel Gelb looks almost like Weiss on my monitor. I had to do a double-take to see that it was Dunkel Gelb.

Vinnie, very nice build. I'm finishing this kit now and have found it to be one of the nicest kits I've ever worked on. You did a great job on the figures as well.

One question, the left front and right rear road wheels don't seem to be riding flat. Are you planning for ground work?
