Hi Simon,
I've been looking around on the net for you,but haven't found a set of any hats,be it resin/plastic etc.
However,i did come across this set from Plus Models. You could quite easily sculpt some extra height to the hat from Milliput.
The only other option i guess(if no one else knows something)is maybe go the whole nine yards and sculpt one of your own!
Cheers,Shay
edit:You could also get down on your hands and knees and beg Grumpy for them!

Hi there
Thank for you replies.
I could, but I wont .
I could try sculpt them myself - perhaps me only chance? I thought of using a British helmet as a 'base' for sculpting it. Anyways, thanks for You help - and your search on the net Shay.
Grumpyoldman: Dont bother. At least I know there is a set in resin!!!
Thanks again guys

Hey Simon,
No worries mate!I was just thinking,in the last month or two there were a few people asking after photo's of soldiers in tophats and bowlers.Apparently there were a few Allied comedians during W.W.2 who for a laugh, doned tophats and bowlers to break up the monotony of things...i wasn't able to find the link at all,but i'm sure someone else will surely know more about it,you could also try posting over on HF maybe?
Good luck anyways, have a happy and save New Years! #:-)

I started the Top Hat thread -no bowlers there though.

Hornet and wolf have a few figures wearing derbys in their western range. Maybe Andrea have too. If you do borrow or sculpt one it would be simple enough to make a push mould by pushing the hat (With release agent) into a blob of epoxy putty and when it hardens pull out the master and there you have your mould to make as many bowler hats as you like,

EUREKA--- I Found Them!!! :-) :-)
OK, maybe not exactly what you are looking for, since the derby is cast on a rather chubby head, but it shouldn't be too hard to use a fine saw to remove the head, and save the hat. They also comes with a Top-Hat, and an old fashion Strawhat.
Universal Head Set #5(6 Heads with & without Hats)
Warriors Scale Models
$9.98 USD
Hope that helps!
