I was just wondering if there is any real difference between these two tanks by HobbyBoss, or is the difference just in decals.. one sweedish and one Danish. I mean, will it basically be like building the same kit?

Hisham,
Yes there is a difference, the hulls are the same, but the turrets are different. The Strv 122 has an uparmored turret that the Danish tank doesn't have. It's hard to tell from the pics included on the HLJ page but if you look at them closely you can see the differences.
Cheers and Happy New Year!

They both share the upgraded front armor package but the 2A5DK retains the basic German turret top and smoke launchers plus rear bins similar to the Strv122 bins but with an airconditioning unit. The 2A5DK also has a SETBEAM(?) device. There is a nice article in Tankograd's Militar Fahrzeug 1/2005.

The Strv122 has a "hump" on the turret where the commander's and loader's hatches are. The hatches are one piece sliding design that slides to the rear. There is the smoke grenade/countermeasure launcher pods on the turret sides. And the rear turret stowage configuration is different. And the kit shown in the hobbyboss link is painted wrong, should be more of a splinter style pattern
Here is a good side shot of the Strv122:
The Leo2A5DK uses the same uparmored hull as the Strv122, but uses the turret for the standard Leo2A5 with the german style smoke grenade launchers in single rows (as opposed to double rows on the German ones), etc.
