My 2 cents on this.
I am on one hand in agreement with everyone on the weathering of the buildings and the spire in particular. But with this being scratch built I can see how the builder of this diorama wanted to leave it as is. It truly is a beautiful piece of work and as we all know, warfare destroys and damages these buildings along with weather and time.
The same with the uniforms. What a great painting job on all of them and the detail is impeccable. But in realism they would be muddy or dusty... weatherd.
However when you look at this dio as a work of art it can be respected "as is".
What an incredible job he has done and by the responses I think we all agree.

You are very skilled !!! I would like to see more pics of the stream area and from other angles of the over all. And I love the back drop for the PIC. It might not match where it really is but it LOOKS great!!! Love the back drop. Over all really nice. Great job....
