Agreed that performance should come first! Another thought, maybe add a link that says "awards" or something similar below the UOM (if aplicable or anywhere else on your 'rank' menue) medal.

Hmmm...so I am thinking performance over medals is the way to go? hehe
Thanks guys for all the great feedback. I will do it as so many wise members have suggested and keep the UOM and some kinf of "more medals" icon if the user has additional medals.

I have to agree. No need to show everything here.. a link to the medal page would be enough. Moderator ribbon and perhaps UOM award should be visible though IMO.
