This is Tamiya's 1/35 Churchill VII with Eduard barrel, Eduard PE, Resicast (& a couple of bits of Verlinden) stowage, bits of track from the spares box for the applique armour and some minor scratch building for hatch and tow cable detail.

That's a rockin Churchill Sean!
Love the muddied look; quite authentic. The photo quality is great, but for me has highlighted one flaw, that being the finish on the entrenching tools/shovels on the rear deck. I don't know if it is the reflection doing it, but they seem a little 'rough' on the blade surface whereas it would be a smooth steel finish? I know I'm picking nits here, but to me it jumped out from the photo...
Other than that, best of luck, and it would be good to see a Churchill get up!

Thanks Brad. The "rough look" on the shovels is mud. They've been used!

Excellent Sean. Loved this first time around, and now that the track stowage has lost its glare, it look excellent. Both the tracks and tank appear to have been through the same weathering conditions .. its all tied together. Love all the weathering and the stowage on the back. Have to agree with the comments in the previous thread ... this is one of Tamiyas best kits. Nice one.

Looks to me like the shovels have been used and thats the remains of the dried on dirt on them??

Nice build Sean not enough Churchills around,we must have more!
the weathering looks cool,I like the mud and dust the mud still on the tools is a nice touch
What paint did you use?
