Hi All
Heres my effort for this months mayhem :-)

This is the only pic I have of it completly finished,I've had major problems with my camera software this weekend and I have lost every photo on my pc,2 years worth,Kapput
These are almost done ones as seen in a previous thread,and over on campaigns forum.....

Fantastic paint job you have managed there, i really like it. only thing i am not keen on is the mud, but thats just me. great work Torchy.

Hi Andy. I think it's a very good build. particular highlights for me are the base paint job and the air recognition flag.

I agree about the comments on the mud though. It looks a bit monotone and the edge is very sharp.

What you could try to blend it in is a wash of heavily thinned Tamiya Dark Earth where you have applied the mud so far, followed by a wash of Tamiya Buff. Then you could apply pigments (either ground pastels in earth shades or Mig) stippled on with an old, stiff-bristled brush (you could mix them into a thick paste with some thinner and plaster or polyfilla for extra texture first and then add some dry on top before that sets). Finally tie it all together by misting heavily thinned Tamiya Dark Earth over it. This is basically what I did on the Churchill.

Good job. It looks really nice with the mud in contrast to the light paint job. Nice detail with the air recognition flag.

Sean ,I done something very similar to what you suggested,and it looks a lot better,but I can't put any pics up at the moment because of my camera probs
Hopefully I'll get it sorted later this week and I'll post some new ones

I really like this kit, even the little 20mm looks oversized for the Pz I, cant wait to see the updated pics Andy, hope your comp probs get sorted out soonest.
