I have been gradually getting the Revell 1/766 kits reissued from the old Matchbox series. Does anyone know where I can see a complete lits of the old m'box military kits? I know Revell haven't reissued the Comet - but was wondering what else was yet to be released.....
Cheers

Cheers for those guys......I actually mailed Revell asking about the possibility of a Comet reissue (am I right in thinking it's the only b/scale Comet ever produced?) - but no response so far.....it'd be a good addition.

Like I said before, Revell has already reissued the A34 Comet along with some British Infantry. The most recent reissue may be OOP, but I found it listed by doing a quick google search: A34 Comet.Cheers for those guys......I actually mailed Revell asking about the possibility of a Comet reissue (am I right in thinking it's the only b/scale Comet ever produced?) - but no response so far.....it'd be a good addition.

Hi Robin,
Sorry I missed you comment about the Comet--I had to scoot through the replies as my Editor was sat behind me!
The Revell site doesn't list it and the shops I usually buy from don't have it either so I guess it must be discontinued again - shame.
Hi David- nice to see you again. The links are great---what terriffic box-art! Takes me back to my childhood......

Revell has released the M40, as well as the M7 Priest. I think they have done the Matilda as well. You can spot the releases because they are 1/76th rather than 1/72nd.

The latest reissues are labeled 1/76 scale, but the original reissues that were boxed with RoG vinyl figures (combo packs) were labeled as 1/72 scale. As soon as the box was opened, it was easy to see the kits were former Matchbox kits.Quoted TextHere are some of the Revell reissues of Matchbox kits that I know about:
