German T34 info needed on turret modification

Does anyone have any detailed pictures of the German III/IV cupolas that they put on T-34 for the commander ?? I'm looking for some details on this german modification for a future build.

Any other external modifications that anyone can shed some lite on ?? Pictures?

The Estonian T-34 in the link above has the normal Soviet cupola. Panzer III/IV cupolas are relatively rare - there is this one from the 6PD
