It's done for the time being. I've been working on it for a year now. I think maybe later I'll return to weather it a little -right now I'm glad it's out of my sight...

I did the StuG III Smart Kit by DML. It is a great build OOB. It builds up quick and really looks good. All it needs is an engine and a few interior parts.
This is the one I did for this campaign, so there are pics and tips in this thread.
I also have a KT interior to go with the Zimmerit or non-Zimmerit version. It will probably take me a year to do that one also.

I am frequently seen with blood shot eyes from staying up past my nap time to get the right colour scheme on my latest WWI model?
At last, I managed to complete for submission....M2A2, OOB, Tamiya Kit. Used My Hobby's olive drab and interior green. Weathered with washes, slight dry brushing and MIG powder.
Thank you for looking! Cheers!

Well, better late than doomed to be a shelf queen! Unfortunately the Verlinden interior and Maquette engine didn't quite fit, and I cannot glue the upper hull to the lower hull . But, that will let me get at it later for an update and improved painting. I will correct a few things and spruce up the weathering; it may see a local show yet!
