True-Earth from Italy has been around for awhile now although many, such as myself, may not have heard of them until recently. We'll give a quick overview about them for now with more news to follow.
True-Earth carries a wide range of water-based weathering products with just a few mentioned below. At this time they are updating their website with a few of the sections still under construction, although the products can be viewed and it's worth taking a look at the tutorial page (link below).

Transparent Filters:
Pure waterbased filters, absolutely free from impurities. Suitable for brush or airbrush. Ready to use.

Structured Filters:
Irregular finish filters, best suited for wear and rust special effects.

Color Effects:
Amazingly easy effects for your models.

Structured Powders:
For earth build up on scale models.
Does not melt like pigments, but keeps a grainy structure.

Ready Earth:
These products (with exception of Fresh Snow) are dense waterbased pastes, to easily create terrain, walls, stone and concrete.

Wow thanks for the news item James. I've never heard of this company or seen their products. Being water based, these look really useful for airbrush effects. I'd like to try the "chunky" stuff too. They got the Red Oxide primer dead on! That's what color it is referenced to original unexposed examples. Interesting line of products.

My pleasure Matt This company was a surprise to me too, I believe they've been in business since 2008 (at least with the True-Earth line). I placed a small order with them and had some questions, which were answered very promptly...so good customer service with my experience with them. I haven't had a chance to use any of the products yet, but will give a quick report on them when I do.
