Announced a month or two ago to a great deal of enthusiasm, Italeri's new kit should be welcomed within many sectors of the armor modelling fraternity...

No. 6442 - Autoblinda AB 41(1/35th Scale) is Italeri's latest release. Sadly, not many Armored Cars have featured in the manufacturer's lists (and even less Italian subjects) and we can have a collective finger-crossing that this is just the first of many..

A good 'cross-over' subject, the AB41 was seen in many guises in any theaters of war and should feature in many dioramas in the coming months and years...

It is also positive to see Italeri tackling subjects which were previously the territory of the 'resin' manufacturers. Also positive is the refusal of Italeri to go down its own path - this was always one of the more 'innovative' manufacturers out there.
