Black Dog has been very busy this month and here we take a look at the conversion sets they have released in 1/35th scale and 1/72nd scale, the conversion sets are for M4A3E2 Jumbo conversion set, M109A2 IDF conversion set, and Sherman 75mm Normandy accessories set.

This story is the fourth that will be run on Black Dog this month as they have released figures, Diorama bases, conversion sets, and a nice line in ship products which are covered on Model Shipwrights. Here we take a look at the M4A3E2 Jumbo conversion set for the Dragon offering in 1/72nd scale and this looks to almost completely replace the kit parts with the exception of wheels, tracks, and some hatches. Then there is the M109A2 IDF conversion set for the Kinetic offering in 1/35th scale, this set has a new rear for the turret and copula with a new equipment storage method on the vehicle one nice touch here is the inclusion of some small arms. Lastly there is a Sherman 75mm Normandy accessories set which is listed specifically for the Dragon model but I cannot see why it could not be used on a number of manufacturer’s products, regardless this product will go some way to giving your Sherman model a lived in look.
