Inside the Armour has made a number of releases of late and this news story should bring you up to date with their Centurion Mk5.2/6 Turret, Churchill Oke, and Churchill Basic photo etched set.
Inside the Armour is making updating the Churchill tank a breeze with a number of products on the market from them. Inside the Armour are also now taking on the Centurion tank which be one of the most widely spread and modified post war tank to have been built. Here is what Inside the Armour have to say about their new products.

Inside the Armour have released the first in a series of Centurion themed releases to convert the AFV Club kits: 35057 Centurion Mk5.2/6 Turret

The turret features improved weld detail and cast texture, complete mantlet canvass cover and missing details such as the cupola mount bolts. This turret is perfect for detailing Mk5.2 tanks, Mk VI tanks, Canadian Centurions and others such as IDF Shots

Inside the Armourr are pleased to announce the first kit available in 1/35 of the Churchill Oke.

The Churchill Oke was the predecessor to the Churchill Crocodile and was built on a Mk II chassis with a purpose designed fuel tank in an armoured box on the rear of the tank and a Ronson type flame projector at the front

Only three of these were built and they were originally owned by the Royal Tank Regiment until they were handed over to the Calgary Regiment before the Dieppe Raid. All three were subsequently lost on the raid, unfortunately without the opportunity to test their flame equipment in action.

This conversion kit from Inside the Armour for the AFV Club Churchill series contains 20 resin parts, three turned barrels (2x besa and 1x 2pdr) and 2 sheets of PE comprising over 50 parts including the armoured box for the fuel tank

The instruction disc provided includes three separate sets of instructions to allow the modeller to model each individual Oke tank specifically.

Construction options include either the inverted Mk I/II air intakes seen on the Oke; 'BOAR' and ARVs, or the standard intakes seen on later Churchill’s with etched grills provided. The modeller can also choose to attach the armoured box, or leave it off to depict the famous picture of 'TINTAGEL'.

Inside the Armour have released our first PE only set dedicated to detailing 1/35 subjects

35061 Churchill Basic PE is a small and inexpensive set designed to allow modellers, that like a little 'essential' PE but don't like large multi sheet sets, to add some finer scale detail to their Churchill’s

The set includes air intake grills, hatch handles for all hatches and tool clamps for all tools. The set has been designed to be 'universal' and allows modellers to add these details to ANY 1/35 Churchill kit including all the AFV Club kits and both Tamiya kits. Instructions included specify the different tool clamp layouts on various marks to allow you to be 100% accurate in placing your tools and clamps

This is another great conversion from Chris. The Oke is an interesting version and the first of the Churchill flame tanks. A very unusual kit, great for the Dieppe raid. Excellent. Al
