The latest value kit coming from Cyber Hobby is a late war T34 with some infantry riders in 1/35 scale.
Cyber Hobby has announced another Orange Value Box, this one featuring a T-34/85 Mod.1944 with the Soviet Infantry Tank Rider figure set. This could make for a great diorama of the Russian arriving in Berlin.

9146 – T-34/85 Mod.1944 + Soviet Infantry Tank Riders (Orange)

According to Dragon Models USA, this set is listed for a July 2013 release.

Is this the same T-34/85 mold that Cyberhobby released with the NVA figure set?

I always have trust issues with Cyber Hobby kits. I know they're re-issues of previous Dragon kits...but how old? ie: the Pz lll and flatcar combo is an attractive price, but the tank is an ancient Dragon molding (20+ yrs) which no amount of AM will fix.

@ComaBlack – Simon, You are partly correct in that both these kits use many of the same sprues to create the subject T-34/85. However the other kit includes part sprues that are unique to the ‘M’ model such as the T-55 type starfish road wheels, small side armor plate mounted storage bin, an inferred lamp, a decal sheet with optional markings for 4 other vehicles used by differing nations and of course the NVA figure set. I know I may be forgetting a few other features here but you get the idea. The molds used to make these kits are of the original Dragon T-34/85 releases but are not as old as the older 20 + yr earlier molds as used for the original panzer III, IV and Panther kits releases. I’m going to be ordering the T-34/85M kit with the included NVA figures, I think this kit, and the late war version, is good value for the money and make for a quick build. Especially since I can get onto the painting and weathering right away – I need all of the practice I can get in that area of my modeling, LOL! ~ Eddy

Thanks Eddy! I have the 34/85M and have built it; a wonderful little kit even if Dragon's 'Magic Tracks' are just a cheap conjurer's trick more than actual magic. The NVA aren't bad either; their Type 56 rifles are certainly a highlight. I am just annoyed that I took the 'M model and added a bunch of Tamiya and Zvevda late-war Russians when I could have waited for this release and had the (at the time) tougher to find DML Russians. Oh well
