ICM has sent Armorama news of a new model in the works of a Panhard 178 AMD-35. This French armoured car had a long service history from 1937 to 1964.
This French armoured car was to perform the role of a long range reconnaissance vehicle. The model from ICM is being released in the most popular scale of 1/35th. Due to its long service life and service in France during World War two and prior, it was also pressed into service by the Germany, Italy and the Vichy French government. In addition to France the vehicle type saw service in North Africa and the French colonies in Indo China where it also saw action during the Vietnam War.
It should be made clkear that this is not a re-release but a 100% new model.
