The last release is something which will be of primary interest to diorama builders and is so unusual it is worth mentioning here:
DWM35400 - German 'Linse' Boat (Full Kit)
The German Navy in the WWII started to use demolition boats based on designs and experience of WWI. They were mainly used on rivers and channels in sabotage actions, but due limited success a completelly new design was developed and introduced in 1944. This boats called “Linse” were faster and safer, and were used with some success against the allied invasion float in the Channel and also in the Mediterranean Sea around San Remo. They were also used in the eastern front against enemy bridges.
